Booking Timeline
Minimum 2 weeks advance booking

Peak Holidays:
Minimum 4 weeks advance booking preferred
Peak holidays booked first available, then waitlisted.
Booking Process

Submit a request for your event through the booking form.

Expect a response back (including a preliminary estimate) within 3 business days or sooner.

We set up a phone call or meeting to finalize menu, plan, and pricing.

Concluding initial call: Deposit equaling 20% overall event cost is due. Remaining balance will be due on the day of the event.​​
Cancellations
1+ week advance notice of cancellation = Full deposit is refunded​
Less than 1 week advance notice = Half of deposit is refunded

Peak Holidays:
2+ weeks advance notice of cancellation = Full deposit is refunded​
Less than 2 weeks advance notice = Half of deposit is refunded
