ABOUT
I am a private chef,
whole-animal butcher and fishmonger,
currently splitting time between NYC, Montauk and the Hudson Valley.

I developed a passion for food when I was young and have been cooking professionally for ten years. My curiosity in food has taken me from restaurants to wholesale management to private events. This approach has influenced my food to be ingredient focused utilizing my strong vendor relationships.
My work has taken me to the Hamptons, Montauk and California and back to NYC. I have hosted butchery workshops with restaurants like Estela and Eleven Madison Park, as well as media with Eater and Epicurious' “How-to” YouTube series.
